Spend the fall rehearsing, creating, and bringing a full musical production to life. Students build confidence, strengthen their performance skills, and grow as an ensemble before taking the stage at the Lake Forest Performing Arts Center.
The Magic Begins In
Disney’s Frozen Jr. brings the magical kingdom of Arendelle to the stage with unforgettable songs, larger-than-life characters, and a story about courage, family, and the powerful bond between sisters. Featuring favorites like “Let It Go,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” and “For the First Time in Forever,” this production gives young performers the chance to bring one of Disney’s most beloved stories to life.

Casts: Junior & Teen Casts
Rehearsals Begin: August 29, 2026
Rehearsal Schedule: Saturdays, 12PM - 5PM
Performances: October 24 & 25, 2026
Rehearsal Location: Broadway Arts Studio
Auditions: Held on the first day of rehearsal. Students must be registered for the production before auditioning.

01 Auditions
Students audition for the production and are cast in roles selected by the creative team.
02 Rehearsals
The cast learns the show through scheduled acting, music, dance, and staging rehearsals.
03 Production Week
The show comes together through tech, costumes, and final rehearsals.
04 Performances
The full cast takes the stage and shares the completed production with a live audience.
