BALLET/TAP COMBO (AGES 3-5)
Preschoolers will have a blast as they explore ballet and tap basics in this foundational dance class.
BALLET/JAZZ COMBO (AGES 3-5)
Preschoolers will have a blast as they explore ballet and Jazz basics in this foundational dance class.
POM/JAZZ COMBO (AGES 3-5)
Preschoolers will have a blast as they explore Cheer/POM and Jazz basics in this foundational dance class.
CREATIVE PLAYHOUSE (AGES 4-6)
Imaginations soar in this class that's a blast for your pre-schooler as they creatively explore the foundations of singing, acting, and dancing! Dance styles include Tap, Ballet, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop.
BROADWAY PLAYHOUSE JR (AGES 5-7)
Budding performers will have a blast as they work together to "put on a show" at the end of each month. Students will learn stage presence, simple dance routines, and have miles of fun in the Broadway Playhouse! Your child who loves acting, singing, and dancing will thrive in this jazz-based class that focuses on dance styles found in Broadway musicals. Students not only learn dance technique, but also work on acting skills and performing with emotion and stage presence. Level Ia (ages 5-6) is designed for kindergarteners and also first graders with no jazz dance experience. Ib (ages 6-7) is for first graders with previous dance experience and also second graders with no dance training. Level Ic (ages 7+) is geared toward second graders who have studied dance (at BAS or elsewhere) in the previous season.
HIP HOP (ages 4-6)
Students will learn the fundamentals of Hip Hop dance as we break down the different styles, technique and origins of Hip Hop movement. Styles include Old School, House, Illusion, Popping and more!
