MUSICAL THEATRE @Broadway
Whether you're new to musical theatre or this is your passion, we have a place for you. Our programs are level by age/experience and are great for ages 3-18.
Our mission is to provide students of all levels with more than just an opportunity to perform; we aim to provide a unique experience in which the student can grow mentally and physically as an actor. This is done through teaching and providing the tools an actor needs. Our classes are like an actor's gym, where our students focus on the work. We are open to all and family-friendly. We respect each person by eliminating any outside distractions and focusing on the work.
Our highly trained and certified instructors have extensive experience in teaching, creating, directing, choreographing, and performing in dozens of Broadway Musicals, Broadway Tours, TV, Commercials, Universities, and Theatres worldwide. All of our teachers are background-checked extensively and have extensive real-life and academic experience.

WE LOVE OUR BROADWAY FAMILIES
"I wanted to express how grateful I am for the Broadway staff!
This is an amazing place for little kids to fall in love with art as well as older kids to develop their skills on their way into art!
As a former ballet/tap/flamenco teacher, I can see the passion and dedication all the teachers have for their students, as well as Darcie and Troy, have for their Broadway family!
I appreciate the way you organize your recitals and shows, the appropriate moves and costumes, and the communication with parents."

The Musical Theatre Conservatory @BroadwayArtsStudio
MTC is for students ages 7-17 who are passionate about developing their skills in Musical Theatre, Dance Voice, and Acting. Throughout the year, our students will train in a conservatory atmosphere and have performance opportunities.

Our Musical Theatre Conservatory offers a comprehensive training track with a variety of pathways (minor focuses), allowing students to develop in the areas of study vital to success in Musical Theatre. These pathways will encourage growth in the performing arts while balancing their physical and emotional well-being.
Auditions for our 2025-2026 program will be in the late spring. If you are interested in signing up for a make-up audition, please contact us.

On Going Classes - Classes Open to All
Our Musical Theatre Classes are perfect for students who are just starting or have years of experience.

Our age-appropriate curriculum is curated based on the foundations that our founders learned through their decades of personal experience and paired with childhood development principles. To learn more about our founders, click here.

Students in our ongoing classes have the option of performing two times a year in our recitals.

Enrollment and free trials are open throughout the year for ages 3-17.

On Going Classes - Classes Open to All
Our Broadway Youth Theatre offers a great way for our students to gain performing experiences. Our shows are focused on team and individual development as well as the overall production quality.
What sets us apart is the perspective our leaders have from their decades of experience in performing and creating shows on Broadway, Disney, teaching youth ages 6-17, and college students. This, paired with their experience in childhood development, provides an enriching yet professional experience for all students. Every student will be challenged at their level to develop in singing, dancing, and acting.

We typically offer 5-6 youth productions a year, including typically casting for ages 6-12 and 11-17.

FAQ
If I register will I be automatically in the show?
Yes. Everyone is welcome to participate, but like any other Broadway show you will need to audition.

Do I have to audition?
Yes. We will cast the shows based on auditions. We may double cast some roles. Auditions are a part of the learning process. We believe that audition skills help you grow and develop as an actor and as a person. Our goal is to help young performers embrace the audition process.
What if I have never auditioned?
Don't worry. We got you! We will have a free audition workshop in mid-January for everyone registered.

Do I need to attend the audition workshop to audition?
No, but the audition workshop is recommended.

Do you offer private audition coaching?
Yes.

Have you pre-casts roles?
No. We do not pre-cast based on previous commitments with the studio.

Will parents have to volunteer?
While, we do not require volunteers, we encourage you to volunteer. We will need help in many areas. Some positions only require a couple hours of commitment. If you specialize in props, sets, costumes, sounds, lights or organizational skills let us know! We try to respect parent hours so minimal volunteer time is needed.

What is included in the cost?
Instruction, rehearsals, costumes, production fees, and more. We will have suggestive sets and lighting with full costumes.
