Our Culture

We are all committed to our making our culture, students, and families experience the best it can be.
Our teachers are employees that go through extensive training with our founders. Our teachers are not independent contractors and go through background checks.
Our Vision is led by Broadway and Industry Vets Darcie Roberts Magino and Troy Magino. They have mentored many to a career in the arts including, current Broadway performers, TV/Film stars and recording artists.
We offer Songs and a Dress Code that are age-appropriate and family friendly.
Our Space
Our main location is 12,000 sq ft and offers 9 studios.
Our cozier Annex less than 1 mile away from our main location and has 3 studios.
Both studios offer plenty of parking and the ability for students with siblings to take class at the same time in the same location.

Teachers who are passionate about the performing arts and about mentoring students AND have significant training and experience in their fields including degrees, credentials, and. certificates.
Our Programming
Class syllabi with benchmarks giving dancers a sense of accomplishment and confidence as they master skills.
Leveled training so students are in classes with students of similar ages and skill levels.

Don't see the class or time that fits for you? Just let us know, we have interest list forming for several classes and we may be able to start one just for you.
No Commitment
Our goal is to provide the best training in safe environment that's fun for your child. We are confident that your kids will love our classes, and we are open to any feedback you or they have at any time, but sometimes life happens...so here's a couple things to know...
When it comes to our ongoing classes our tuition rates are based on month payments and not quarterly. We simply ask for a one-months notice to drop prior to billing cycle.
Two Recitals Per Year - Optional
We offer two recitals per year that are optional based on your ability to opt-out. Our recitals are typically one hour long so families don't have to sit through longer performances. These are great experiences that not only create lasting memories but they are fantastic in the promoting the development of your child both in the arts and in life skills.
Our Location
We serve the communities of Lake Forest, Irvine, The Great Park, Foothill Ranch, Baker Ranch, Portola Springs, Portola Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, the Laguna's and Aliso Viejo.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME
We offer private coaching for voice, acting, and dance.
Many of our students have been accepted to
Orange County School of the Arts
and other performing arts high schools or prestigious colleges, following their dreams of pursuing the performing arts.
While in school, many continue to train with us.

Meet The Owners
The husband and wife team of Darcie Roberts Magino and Troy Magino are the founders of Broadway Arts Studio. Collectively, they bring their combined 60+ years of knowledge and experience of working with some of the industry’s most recognizable, beloved, and acclaimed talents.
Ms. Darcie and Mr. Troy's work spans every sector of the entertainment field. Their experience spans Broadway, TV, film, commercials, industrials, concerts, voice-overs, music videos, and Disney Entertainment as a Creative Concepts Director.
Troy has been an adjunct professor at USC and UCI and both have been sought out to teach master classes around the world.
